My Last, Last Trimester
I'm 29 weeks pregnant this week and I'm officially in my very last last trimester! (more on that at the end of this post!) It has been a while since I've done a pregnancy update and to be honest, I feel like this pregnancy has taken a a bit of a back seat this time around. Don't get me wrong, we are beyond excited for this little one to make her appearance and I feel so lucky we are able to bring another baby into this world. But I think it's almost inevitable to put off the baby prep when you have three other small children to take care of. I remember with my first pregnancy I had five different apps on my phone that I checked religiously every morning. I researched baby products and gear, nursery decor inspo, and potential baby names like crazy. While I did download a pregnancy app this time around, I think I only check it maybe every other week? Anyone else the same way with their second, third, fourth etc?
For the most part, I feel like I'm on autopilot with this one and kind of know the drill by now. However, there are so many new baby and nursing products that have come out in the last year or two that people really seem to love. I'm going to try out the new Spectra S2 pump this time around-has anyone used it? Thoughts? I used the Medela Pump In Style with both Lila and Charlie and had no complaints but I hear the Spectra is a bit more powerful? I had a Medela hospital grade one with Hunter that I had to get through the pharmacy because he was a preemie. I use this site as a good resource and ordered my last pump through them because they do it all through your insurance. You can see which pumps are covered under you insurance on the right hand side of the homepage. I would also love to know what else new moms love- please leave me a comment here or send me an email or Instagram DM!
In terms of how I'm feeling this time around, the short answer is not so great. I hate to complain and feel like I felt pretty good with Charlie up until the end but I just haven't been feeling like myself this time around. I've had constant lower back pain and I think I'm up five to six times every night and sometimes more if any of my kids end up waking up (which at least one always does). I'm trying to take it easy as much as I can but it's pretty much impossible.
As terrible as I've been feeling, I'm really trying to take in and enjoy this pregnancy because it will 100% be our last one. So many people ask if we are going to go for five because I'm one of five and the answer is a hard no. We think four is a pretty perfect number and feel like this little lady will complete our family.
I have a few more maternity and pregnancy posts coming your way soon but thought I'd share a quick update here! Xo
PS:: We still have no name for this little lady so if you have any recommendations please, please, please send them my way!
Shopbop Summer Sale
DRESS:: Ronny Kobo (40% off!) // BAG:: Sensi Studio // SHOES:: Ann Taylor // EARRINGS:: Lizzie Fortunato
Shopbop just marked down so many items and I spent the early morning browsing the sale and picking out my favorite pieces. Can't believe my Ronny Kobo dress is marked down 40%. It works so well with or without a baby bump. My sister just borrowed this dress from me (she is not pregnant) and it was perfect on her. AND my beloved Frye mules are now 70% off and available in a bunch of sizes. They were my most worn shoes last spring and I can't wait to wear them again this fall. Such a steal! I have a feeling they will sell out by the end of the day. Another piece that will surely sell out is this beach dress by one of my favorites, Poupette St Barth. It's the same print as my wrap dress and I love the color. I might order it myself! I also love this beach coverup and this one by Coolchange. If you have any weddings coming up I think this dress for $138 would be so pretty. And if you want something that can take you into the fall, this neutral navy is really classic and pretty. I'm already planning out my fall wardrobe (and pretending I'll magically fit into my prepregnancy jeans) and would love to wear this cami tucked into my jeans with a cardigan thrown over it. So many good sale items and I linked them all below!

SHOPBOP:: Shopbop has marked down so many summer items. I love this red dress that I bought for the fourth and while it no longer fits over my bump I have every intention of wearing it again next year. It also comes in this color and it's under $100. And I love this maxi dress by Bell. I especially love this jumpsuit that's on major sale. This white off the shoulder top is gorgeous!
TATA HARPER:: Probably the sale I'm most excited about. I have an obsession with Tata Harper and all of her natural and nontoxic skin care products. She is offering 20% off sitewide to celebrate her birthday with code CELEBRATE. I'm obsessed with this face mask, this toner, and this face oil. This is the kit that I first purchased to test out Tata and fell in love immediately.

Sunroom Goals
Until we find our new home, I'll be living vicariously through my oldest sister who has been redecorating her home this year. She's a little bit bolder than I am when it comes to color and just started putting together her sunroom with interior designer Emily Meszakat. How fun are these hanging chairs and wallpaper? I'm dying to have some hanging chairs in our next house. FYI if you are wondering how practical they are when you have young children: my sister has 4 young kids ages 4-9 and they love sitting in the chairs for some quiet reading time. I've been saving home decor/inspo photos I love on Instagram and thought I'd do something similar here on the blog with more interior focused posts. I'll be saving furniture and decor items I love and posting them here for all of you to see and shop!
PS: if you like the general vibe of this room I highly suggest checking out the online site Lulu and Georgia. I found these curtain panels while browsing and already have plans on using them in one of my girls' rooms when we eventually move. They are all made to order and you can request to have them blackout lined. These Euro shams would look so pretty on a bed in the same room as the curtains.

Summer Scarf Style
SCARF:: Ann Taylor (c/o) // TOP:: Ann Taylor (c/o) // JEANS:: Loft (similar here) // SHOES:: Ann Taylor (c/o) // BAG:: Celine // SUNGLASSES:: Ann Taylor (c/o) // EARRINGS:: Madewell
Scarves are not something I typically go wild over, especially in the summertime, but when I was in my local Ann Taylor store prepping for a blog post I found this beautiful floral embroidered white scarf and this floral stunner in blue and thought they would be the perfect accessories to add to my summer wardrobe. They both were originally wrapped up in tiny balls and I didn't think much when I picked them up but when I unravelled the white one my jaw dropped. It is stunning in person, like really stunning and I told the sales associate they should definitely keep the scarves open so people can see just how beautiful they are. The white one has little floral embroidery and is semi sheer and it looks like something you would find at a chic beach boutique. The pictures online do not do it justice- trust me! The blue floral one got me with the color. It's light weight and really pops when you wear it over a white top. I've been struggling lately with finding tops that fit well over my bump and was so excited when I threw these scarves over a simple white top. I thought it added so much to a somewhat plain outfit. Scarves, as we know, are super versatile and while you can wear them draped over your shoulders like I have in these pictures, you can also use them in so many other ways. One of my favorite ways is to use them as sarongs at the beach. I tested it out at home and they are both the perfect length and material for it!
MORE ANN TAYLOR PIECES I LOVE::
- I've found so many good things at Ann Taylor recently and I'm constantly saying how much I love these shoes- if you haven't gotten them yet, get them! You will not be disappointed. They also come in a ton of other colors and some are on major sale. I have them in the blush (major sale) and the brown toffee.
- These joggers. I cannot say enough about these joggers. The white ones (my fave for summer and I have them seen here) are on sale for $27! And the midnight spruce and gray are on sale for $17. If your size is left I would grab them fast!
- I wore this pleated top yesterday in pink and got so many compliments on it. It is pleated perfectly and was so light and flowy.
PS:: Ann Taylor is having their Semi Annual Sale where you can take an extra 50% off plus an additional 10% off all sale items. You can really snag things at a major steal (like so many of the items above!)
I'm sharing more Ann Taylor picks below! xo

What I Miss Most
DRESS:: Rebecca Taylor (more here and here) // SHOES:: Ann Taylor // CLUTCH:: Lucy Folk (available in this color and this color)// RING:: Anthropologie // EARRINGS:: Bronzallure (similar here)
Nope, not sushi or margaritas (I actually don't eat sushi but margs do come in at a close second) but the number one thing I miss most when I'm pregnant is the ability to wear high waisted jeans. My ideal outfit is a good pair of denim and some type of top tucked in at the front. I popped into my local Rebecca Taylor store yesterday and was eyeing all of their great denim and cropped blouses. I would love to be wearing this cami and these jeans today but instead will settle on an easy maxi dress. I guess that's one plus of being pregnant in the summertime. All you have to do is throw on a dress and you are good to go. I've invested in quite a bit of dresses this summer and I've really tried to buy ones that I can 100% wear again next summer. That's why when I tried this Rebecca Taylor dress on in store I knew it was worth the investment because it's a dress I can wear again come next year. The color is also something I don't already have in my closet and it just makes me happy looking at it. I have a few events left this summer and will definitely be wearing this dress to them! It can easily be dressed down as well with a pair of flat sandals. I'm wearing it in my usual size and it fits really well. This print also comes in this shorter dress, this top, and this color dress and this jumpsuit which can both be worn into fall. FYI: my sandals (I have three pairs in this style) are on major sale!
Just to torment myself, I've rounded up some of my favorite tops and denim (none that I can wear right now) below! I also included every piece to my outfit for easy shopping! Xo

I have so many things on my radar from Anthro. I actually stopped in there this week before all hell broke loose and I bought this dress, these earrings (obsessed), and this cocktail ring in neutral color. It had been so long since I bought a fun ring and thought this one looked like such a high quality piece. I still love this caftan coverup for the beach! I love Suzanna Dai earrings and Anthro has a huge selection of them- these are my favorites and they are currently on sale with an extra 25% off.
- NORDSTROM:: It's like beating a dead horse, I know. BUT the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is now open for everyone to shop and there are some pretty good deals right now. You can check out my full Nordstrom post here and my beauty post here. I ended up getting a few things from the sale. Two investment sweaters which I'm beyond obsessed with. This pullover one and this cardigan one. I also got a few things from the beauty section: this deluxe set by Bobbi Brown, this palette by Nars, and a lip set by Bareminerals that I don't think is available anymore. The Nars palette was a bit smaller than expected but the colors are really pretty. I also am obsessed with this Kai set- the body glow is amazing for a beautiful summer skin glow and the perfume oil is my go to scent. Not overwhelming at all!
- MATCHES FASHION:: Extra 20% off select sale items. Matches Fashion is a great site to score some designer pieces on and right now so many items are on serious sale. I love this See by Chloe top. I cannot believe this Saint Laurent suede bag is down to $796 with code extra20.

Love this skirt so much. Another style steal at 70% off- this top is gorgeous and perfect for a night out. This is a great one piece. I have this dress in lavender and it will stay in my closet for years to come. This Ulla Johnson sweater coat is kind of amazing, no?

Style File :: CJ Laing
DRESS:: Pink City Prints from CJ Laing // SHOES:: Steven by Steve Madden // BAG:: Sensi Studio // EARRINGS:: Bronzallure // NECKLACE:: Asha
One of my favorite boutiques to shop when I'm on Nantucket is CJ Laing. They have an online boutique as well for all of you who don't have Nantucket on your destination list! I always, without fail, end up finding something good to take home with me. Last year, I discovered my beloved Kai Body Glow (a part of the Nordstrom sale!) that is now my summer staple and the scent will forever remind of me Nantucket. This year I found this very pregnancy friendly dress by Pink City Prints. It is one of the most comfortable dresses I own and I know I will wear it next year sans bump. CJ Laing also has the most amazing beach accessories: bright colored earrings and pretty straw bags. I almost bought these last time and absolutely love this ombre pair by Suzanna Dai. This bag, to me, is the perfect summer bag for a night out. Don't you love the strap? They carried these bags last year as well and they are still one of my favorites for the beach. Can't wait to make a stop back there on our trip back to Nantucket in a few weeks!
PS:: they also have boutiques in Aspen and Palm Beach!

Designer Spotlight :: Coast
DRESS:: Coast // EARRINGS:: Madewell (similar here and here) // HAT:: Hat Attack (on sale!) // SHOES:: old but love these
I love discovering new and up and coming brands, especially ones that are run by local women! I was introduced to Emily from Coast by my good friend Shannon and after browsing her pieces of embroidered dresses, I knew it was the perfect match. Her coastal inspired dresses are perfect for days spent at the beach and they make the best coverups. You can also wear them running around town by simply adding a slip underneath- they have one here but you can also use one you already own. The entire collection is made in small batches in a workshop in India and feel like one of a kind pieces. I'm wearing the Windansea Dress and it is the perfect fit over my bump. All of her dresses are meant to fit loosely for an easy, breezy summer look. The embroidery is beyond beautiful and the fluttered sleeve gives off a nice feminine touch. I'm a huge fan of the Stinson Dress as well! Check out the rest of Emily's dresses and as always, if you have any questions please feel free to reach out!

Summer Style Steals
DRESS:: Urban Outfitters // EARRINGS:: Rebecca de Ravenel (much less expensive option here) // SHOES:: old but love this style // BAG:: Beau & Ro (similar here and here)
Hello everyone! Hope you all had a great weekend. We spent all of Saturday morning and early afternoon at the beach and then decided to take the kids out to dinner. We promised the kids ice cream if they were on their best behavior at dinner (and they were, yay!) and drove to Rye to my favorite ice cream shop- Longford's! So good FYI.
I'm not going to lie, I'm starting to feel a bit uncomfortable at night and did not sleep well at all Saturday night. I woke up Sunday morning in a semi-panicked state worrying about all of the stuff I have to do before this baby comes. We were really hoping to have found our next home before baby but it's not looking like it's in the cards at this point. We are still looking at houses like crazy but haven't found the one yet (aka checking Zillow multiple times a day). In the meantime, I have to rearrange everybody's rooms. We have four bedrooms upstairs right now including the master which means two kids get to bunk up- we are thinking it might work best for Hunter and Lila to share since they will be on the same schedule. Hunter and Lila will be moving into Charlie's room, Charlie will be moving into Lila's room, and the baby will be going into Charlie's room. Pretty much every piece of furniture needs to be moved around and every room needs to be repainted. I have the strong urge to "nest" but I'm stuck in limbo until we get everybody moved! All good problems to have and I'm happy to have them- just a bit stressful!
On to today's post- I thought it would be a good time to share some more style steals. I recently popped into my local Urban Outfitters, which I have not shopped in in years, and found this dress in all white. I tried it on and surprisingly it fit and felt really comfortable on. When I checked online I saw it also came in this pretty blue floral print and decided to order it as well. It comes in three colors FYI! If you are in your this trimester I would definitely go one size up!
Also has anyone shopped at Chicwish? I placed an online order, I think it was about three years ago, and was really disappointed with everything. I think I ordered two sweaters and they both smelled like chemicals. I've heard it's gotten much better and I know so many different bloggers who shop and order from them. I decided I'm going to give it one more try and order a few things- if you haven't ordered from them before I will be your guinea pig! I thought this was a really cute embroidered dress that I could probably also wear with jeans. I also have wanted to try this heart cardigan forever. It comes in a ton of colors and also comes in mini me sizes! Would love to order one for Lila and baby girl!
Shop the boutique below of more style steals all under $150!
