A few new home items that caught my eye...PS anyone else already thinking about holiday decor? I included a few things below just in case you are :)

And here comes the cold. We've been so lucky to have such a beautiful and mild October but it looks like fall weather is officially here. Today it's rainy and chilly and I've thrown on my Dudley Stephen's Cobble Hill fleece and leggings for a day of running around with the kids. It's one of my favorite things to wear once the temps drop. This is the season of cozy and I decided to do a massive roundup of some favorite pieces to keep you comfy all fall and winter long. 

A few favorites::

• These Zella leggings have the best reviews. I might just have to try- love the grey color. My mom just gave me this pair of Zella leggings and I love them! 

• Am I the only one who loves cozy socks? I love this pair and I just got this pair- so soft!

• One of my favorite spots to stock up on joggers and sweatshirts is the Gap! They also always have good sales and discounts. I just got these joggers in petite and they are amazing! This sweatshirt looks just like The Great ones. I also love this quilted pullover. 

• I just got this bomber that I can throw on just about everything. I've worn it with leggings and sneakers and also with jeans. I also have this fleece one that's also super comfortable and easy to wear and it's way more oversized- definitely size down! Only $36!

My Favorite Tops for Fall

One of the things I love about fall- the colors. If you know me or have been hanging around here for a while, you know my love of neutrals. I have about one million white tops but come fall, I find myself gravitating towards rich jewel tones and fall florals. This top above fits like a dream and has the prettiest print. I loved the way it looked tucked into my current favorite pair of Madewell jeans. It's almost sold out but it also comes in this print which is equally as pretty. This is another pretty fall floral and it is currently a part of Bloomingdale's buy more, save more sale. I've also been loving all of the tops Mango has come out with this fall. They have some of the prettiest styles for great prices. This one is my favorite but I also love this floral print, too. I absolutely love this top but it's a bit of a splurge. Going to keep my eye on it to see if it goes on sale. I'm rounding up some more pretty tops that have caught my eye over the past few weeks below! Enjoy xo

Another great sale! Anthropologie is having a 25% off sitewide on just about everything which very rarely happens. Plus, free shipping! 

I always used these Anthro sales to stock up on my favorite Indie Lee products. Toner and facial oil!

I know I don't need another white top but I LOVE this one.

Shopbop Favorites II

This is one of my favorite fall dresses by Ulla Johnson that I bought last year. I love finding different ways to wear my dresses come fall time and one of my favorite things to do is throw on a cropped sweater like this one by Astr. The embroidery on it is beautiful and it also comes in a pale blush color. It's currently a part of Shopbop's fall event. I decided to round up a few more of my favorite items from the sale! But before I start...how sweet is Pip's face in these pictures? The dogs weren't supposed to be in these photos but they both came running over and I couldn't help it. I joked with Julia who took them that it felt like I was taking newborn photos with my dog. Fun fact, I never took any newborn photos with any of my kids!

• It was funny how opinionated some of you were when it came to these boots I ordered from the sale! I would say half of you were all for them and the other half weren't into them at all (including my sisters!) I was unsure at first but the second I tried them on I decided they were 100% worth it and I actually really like the way they look. Not only are they comfortable but they are so much lighter than I anticipated. Apparently they stretch out after a few wears so if you do end up ordering them they are supposed to stretch out a bit. Sizing does say you can size up. I'm a 6.5 and ordered a 37 and they just, just fit. So I would say if you aren't sure maybe size up or just order both sizes and return what doesn't work. Most sizes are sold out in my style but I also love this color, and this color and you can never go wrong with black. 

• This style for sweaters seems to be all over the place right now. This one is 100% cotton and under $100. 

• I really like this pair of jeans and the wash is so different. 

• My favorite gold hoops are by Madewell. They are all I wear and the quality is great for what you pay. I just got these mini ones a few weeks ago and I wear them with everything. Also love this chunky pair.

• I never thought I'd be one to spend money on a sweatsuit but my favorite purchases from these sales have always been my sweatshirts and sweatpants by the great. They are pricey but I wear mine all the time. Love this pale lavender one!

• Two fall dresses I love: this one (I bought) and this one (I almost bought but then remembered I'm not going anywhere this year!)

• I had about one hundred messages asking about grey jeans I was wearing the other day: these are the same brand and style but a slightly darker grey that I really like. 

• I bought this cardigan sweater: I love the cinnamon color and that it's 100% cotton and not itchy. 

• Ok so, either you are going to love these boots or hate them. I was a part of the hate camp for a few years but tried on my friend's pair last winter and now understand the hype. I just bought this tan pair but also love them in black. I don't know what's come over me but I also really like the clog version. Are you questioning my taste?

• I love this top to layer under cardigans and then on it's one come spring. Love this one, too!

• I LOVE this coat, this longer cardigan styled coat, and this plush jacket- so cozy. 

• I'm sure we all will be spending a bit more time at home this fall and winter and I love nothing more than to lounge in comfy sets. I love this one, this one, this one, and this Splendid one. 

• I bought this top back in September and it has been a go to for me. It's $55!

• Love this white top! And this style steal top that comes in a ton of colors. I have it in the ivory and its beautiful. 

• This is the cashmere beanie I wear all winter long. Absolute favorite!

• If you need a pair of everyday sneakers to wear with jeans and joggers, I love this style. 

• I bought these flats and hope they work. I love the color and the pretty details. I also really like these flats for under $100. 

• If you're looking to add a herringbone chain like the one I have, this is a great style steal option for $58. 

Fall Beauty with Nordstrom

The change of seasons always means a slight change in skincare and beauty products for me and today I'm partnering with Nordstrom to share some of my fall favorites with you. Nordstrom is not only one of my top go-to's for clothing but also for beauty and skincare products. They have a huge selection and carry all of my favorite lines. And they always price match! On to my favorites and to a few products I'm dying to try!

My skin tends to get a bit dry this time of year so I try to add in some products that are extra hydrating. I love everything by Indie Lee- it's an all natural, super clean line that is really gentle and made for just about every skin type. Indie Lee Squalane Facial Oil has been a favorite of mine ever since I tried it almost two years ago. I use this oil over my serums at night all fall and winter long. It's super hydrating and has zero fragrance which I love. Another Indie Lee product I've been loving lately, this Coconut Citrus Body Scrub. Perfect to help wash away any dull skin.  

I have heard rave reviews about this Augustinus Bader Rich Cream and although pricey, I think it might be worth the try. Does anyone use?  

The majority of my makeup stays the same year round but I do make a few switches. I'm not a huge lipstick fan but I do like to use this Charlotte Tilbury lipstick in shade Bitch Perfect come fall time. It's a really pretty, warm nude shade and I don't use a ton. I dab on a little bit and top it off with a gloss. 

I'm still using bareMinerals Complexion Rescue Tinted Moisturizer Hydrating Gel Cream. It goes on so smoothly and really hydrates my skin. I use shade 04.5 wheat. 

I love testing out concealers- but my most favorite right now is this one by Ilia. It's a clean makeup line and this concealer doesn't settle in cracks and crevices and really goes on flawlessly. I've heard crazy good things about this concealer by Cle De Peau. Anyone recommend? Would love to know!

For my eyes, I love to use this really warm eyeshadow duo by Nars in shade Alhambra. Warm, golden goodness perfect for fall. 

I could use a new fragrance for fall and winter. People love this one by Byredo and I might take a chance and order. If you have it and love it (or don't) let me know! My spring and summer scent is Aerin Mediterranean Honeysuckle and I'm dying to test out some of her other scents. I think this Aerin fragrance discovery set is such a great idea! It would make such a fun little gift. 

One of my all time favorite shades is Orgasm by Nars. This travel trio set is awesome and perfect if you want to test the shade out for yourself. It comes with the blush (my favorite!), the lipgloss and the multiple stick which can be used for lips, cheeks etc. 

Lastly, I love having a nice candle for fall. My absolute favorite is Diptyque Baies but I also love Feu de Bois for the colder months. It smells amazing!
