Weekly Finds Part One

Hello, Monday. Decided to start the week with a roundup of some of my current favorites. I found so many pieces I love that I had to make two posts. Check out the second round up here!
A little close up of one my most favorite pieces of jewelry. This opal and diamond ring was created by Ali of Serpentine Jewels. Opals have always been my favorite stone- the colors, the beautiful bursts of light that reflect off the stone. We paired the opal with a pave diamond halo and I love how it turned out. Diamond and Opal are the birthstones for my two girls. Now I just need a piece to represent my boys! If you are in the market for something special you should 100% reach out to Ali. She just opened an office in Greenwich where you can meet in person and discuss what you are looking for. Ali is super creative and so wonderful to work with her. Cannot recommend her enough!

It's not made of wool which I think was Pip's issue last time. That rug and this one were recommended when I asked for inexpensive and durable options. Fingers crossed!

Under $200
DRESS:: Club Monaco (more sizes and an extra 30% off here!!)
Back by popular demand, my under $200 roundup! The sweater dress I'm wearing above is by Club Monaco. It's designed to be a slim fit but I did not want anything skin tight and ordered a size up. It is extremely soft and so easy to wear. It's on the thinner side and not a heavy wool. Also to note, I bought this slip (yes I feel like my grandma!) last summer on Nantucket because I was wearing a dress and realized it was completely sheer in the light. I was annoyed that it was close to $100 but I have worn it so many times that it was definitely worth it. If you are ever looking for an extra layer whether something is see through or just too thin, try a slip. I have a tank version as well. Highly recommend!
