The JANUARY edit

SWEATER:: Anine Bing (old) // BAG:: Chanel // JEANS:: Citizens

Hello and Happy New Year! Yes, my blog homepage is still a mess- my web designer let me know that the site that hosts her images is down. Who knows when it will be fixed! Sorry about that! Anyways, I have been pretty absent from the blog and on Instagram with the exception of a few posts here and there for pretty much all of December. I'm going to touch a little more on that in a later post (aka once the kids head back to school and give me a minute to breathe!) For now, I wanted to share my January Edit with you all and mention a few post holiday sales. Also, on a completely random note, I started watching the new Netflix show, Virgin River- so good! Definitely not a series my husband would like so I watched it solo and loved it- it's a little Grey's Anatomy meets Hart of Dixie- totally not realistic but still amazing. And they are coming out with a season 2 some time in 2020! We are also in the middle of watching Kevin Hart's docuseries "Don't F**k This Up" There are parts in the series that don't quite show him in the best of lights but still interesting and entertaining.
  • Bloomingdale's is having a buy more, save more event. There isn't really anything I need but I could use a pair of warm boots that look a little more put together than my Inuikii ones. I've had my eyes on these Vince ones. Ok fine, there is one thing I actually need: a real pair of snow boots
  • We are heading to Florida in a few weeks and I'm praying the sun will be out. The past few years we haven't had much luck with the weather but it's definitely better than January in CT. I've basically been eyeing all resort wear. Love this sun hat and this dress. I also popped by the Walker & Wade showroom- if you aren't familiar with this brand than I highly suggest checking them out online. They have the best dresses and coverups. They were so kind and gifted me a few pieces and I can't wait to wear them. They also have dresses for little girls and I picked these dresses out for Lila and Ellie that match this one for me. The print is gorgeous! Another dress I'm excited to wear is their most popular style, the Kelsey Dress. It comes in a ton of colors and I chose the periwinkle. I also love the Indigo
  • This dress that I bought over two years ago is back in my color! It's perfect for weddings all year round- I wore it in the winter and in the middle of summer. It's on sale in this gorgeous blue color
