Blue Hues

DRESS:: Equipment // JACKET:: Set (old) this is very similar in color! // SUNNIES:: Ray Ban // EARRINGS:: Bronzallure (on sale!) // SHOES:: Jeffrey Campbell (old) but love these ones in Apricot!

I love slip dresses. They are incredibly easy to wear and although there is no shape to them they surprisingly don't make you look like a potato sack! They are a bit more tailored giving you a streamlined look. I bought a red Alexander Wang one years ago that I still wear to weddings, cocktail parties really anything that calls for a dress. My first Equipment slip dress I bought last Summer. Chrissy and I both purchased it - a simple white dress that took us through the entirety of the season.

I just bought this one (also comes in this gorgeous blush) after I had been eyeing it on Revolve. Being pregnant has been a major trial and error for clothing and sizing, but once you find something that works it's a huge victory! I thought the slip accentuated the bump in all the right places and since it's blue I may even wear it to my shower! I've come to realize the more fitted the dress the better the bump looks, or a wrap style has been working very well for me. I just purchased this wrap dress at Bloomingdale's and I am hoping it takes me at least halfway through Summer. Who knows how many ice creams I will consume by then!?
