Since being back from Palm Beach the weather in NYC has been less than ideal. It already snowed the first day back and then continued to rain for the rest of the week. Will the sun ever shine again? From the looks of it, the rest of the week looks pretty cloudy and wet so forget those cute spring dresses and think spring sweaters instead. While writing this post I'm currently wearing this sweater which has been a staple in my weekday wardrobe. It's also an extra 60% off!
I also love the open cardigan look while pregnant. It's less boxy and if I'm getting a hot flash which usually happens, it gives me the freedom to take on and off as opposed to a v neck or crew neck. My Madewell one above is a really nice option as a sweater or even a really light jacket. I love this one in the petal! Although I am STILL wearing my puffer I am hoping one day soon I can just wear this to work. But last night I wore it out over a blouse and when hot I draped it over my shoulders and then when I got really hot , draped it over the chair!
I should have titled this post "open cardigans" but I think you get where I'm going with this..
