I received a ton of feedback about this dress- and I have to say it is one of my favorites maternity wise. I've already worn it so many times. I loved the pattern so much I ordered the non-maternity maxi version and this style as well. Best part is, they work both with a belly and without a belly- had my sister try them on to double check!

I was a little nervous at first about this Mara Hoffman dress (which is on sale!) because of the bold pattern (apparently pregnant women should avoid big patterns and bold stripes…oh well) but ended up loving it! Super stretchy material and I know I will definitely wear this dress again next year (sans belly!)

A little birthday gift- love this ASHA pendant and it's on serious sale! Love it in the turquoise as well.

Tuesday Shoesday :: Soludos Mules

Earlier this week I had paired my Levi's with a pair of wedged mules. Because the store I got these particular pair at no longer exists and because we received some inquires on where exactly I got these shoes, I decided to find another style steal pair that fit the wedged mule look.

The second I saw these Soludos, I looked no further. Having just purchased two pairs of the solid flat espadrilles, (I wear these almost everyday) I knew that the mules would be equally as comfy, stylish and versatile. They come in suede and leather!

Summer Sweaters

With today's temps I broke out one of my staple sweaters for summer. I have to admit, I hate being hot. I find it so uncomfortable - I much rather be cold!


Most of my time is spent in Nantucket during the summer weekends and up there the nights can be pretty chilly, so I find it's always smart to have at least two light weight sweaters to rotate while I'm there.


But this morning NYC temperatures were in the high 50's while walking to barre class! Luckily I had packed one of my new summer sweaters (now on SALE!) to wear today and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. So the slightly cooler weather has inspired today's "summer sweaters" post! Stay cozy!

This summer is all about the colorful sandal. Complete with pom poms, rainbow threads and even tassels this is a major trend that we will see all summer long. With all of the Memorial Day Sales that have gone one - and some still happening I took advantage of this and added a few great pieces to my closet.

I had ordered a pair of Soludos a few years ago in a size 7 and they were huge! Having heard they must have changed their sizing I gave Soludos another chance and to my delight the size 7 fit perfectly! They are crazy comfy and perfect to throw on with any outfit. I mean how cute is this coconut and lime duo? I'm already looking for a second pair! ** They do run small and only come in whole sizes. The 7 are slightly snug but after one wear have already loosened to a nice fit.



Snagged this long awaited messenger during the Saks designer sale - still happening! Unfortunately this Vince one has sold out but this croc style is still available as are Vince's other style staple bags.

Just a sneak peak at this perfect summer dress from Intermix. Flutter short sleeves, a lace up center, and light blue florals is the perfect mix of fun and flirty for a summer night. Click here to see it in full!

I find that some of my sandals really get the brunt of wear and tear during the summer months in the city. I try and invest in a pair that goes with most of my clothes, are comfy and are at a great price point. J.Crew's studded lace up gladiators check all the boxes for my perfect summer sandal. ** I think J.Crew shoes run small so size half a size down!

I wanted to add a splash of color to this stack of coffee table books and I thought Kate Spade's " All in Good Taste" was the perfect addition. Having skimmed it just recently, it has very good tips on how to be a proper hostess from setting the table correctly to polite conversation! This is a must for your coffee table stack!
