Rompers are one of my all time favorite pieces that I own. They are incredibly easy to throw on and can be worn for day or night, with flats or wedges. There are SO many rompers out there, I am surprised I haven't gotten my hands on most of them. Check out my favorite rompers below!

It's a cooler day here in NYC and I've already got denim on my brain. I cannot wait to slip on my boyfriend's, skinnies and cropped this fall but I do have a habit of adding a few new pairs to my denim collection. I don't even think I can call it a collection it's more of a hoarding problem. I love jeans. I think they are the most versatile piece because they have evolved into numerous styles, cuts, colors and you can wear them with anything and everything. Last season I had been told that Madewell made some seriously amazing jeans. I came home with these (currently on sale!) and have not looked back. For this fall season I plan on curating their denim bar. Let's hope I don't order more than four two pairs of jeans!

A huge trend coming this fall is the bomber jacket. It's a sportier look than a blazer or leather jacket but can be paired with a few different outfits depending on the look of the bomber. I wear this white one from Rebecca Taylor all the time. It goes great with these pants and a tucked in cami for a breezy night out!

The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is still going strong and we keep going back for more! Today we'll be sharing our picks for all the little ones in your life. I picked up a few winter and fall jackets for Hunter, including this Patagonia in blue and this one from North Face. How sweet is this toggle coat for baby boys? If you need a baby gift look no further: we love this (a Hunter favorite), this, and this in blue and pink. How cute are these boyfriend jeans for a little girl? Friday Favorites :: Nordstrom Anniversary Sale

The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale has always been a big deal in my family. I remember when I was younger my sisters and I would wait for the catalog to come in the mail and we would each take a turn flipping through the pages and circling what we liked. Once the sale started we would all head over to Nordstrom's and pick out a few "back to school" pieces. A new pair of sneakers and maybe a pair of boots and couple of sweaters would quickly get us excited to head back to school. Well, it's that time of year again and the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is the best yet. We could have easily spent hours browsing through all of the great sale pieces (I even shopped the sale early with my Nordstrom's Card!) Kaitlin and I went ahead and picked out our favorite things from the sale this year. Here's the rundown::

1. If you love this bag as much as I do than you will be super excited. Cannot believe they included it in the sale! I have it in the blue but I think I love this color more!
2. Say hello to the perfect leather jacket- sizes are running out!!
3. My sister ended up taking these boots home- I'm super jealous. And if you need a fun new pair for the rain, check out these. These remind me of the Stuart Weitzman ones but a lot cheaper!
4. The perfect fall shoe for fun night out. Love them in both colors.
5. If you are in the market for a new pair of sneakers then look no further- a great selection of Nikes! 
6. Obsessed with this and I'm pretty sure I will live in it all fall/winter. 
7. This dress will take you from fall to winter, easily. We love this one, too!

A quick roundup of a few of my favorite things right now. This being my number one. I've posted about it before and have it in multiple colors (citrus, aqua & electric blue). It's the perfect summer maxi that I usually wear as a coverup (some of the colors are kind of sheer). Best part about it is it's $84. It also comes in a shorter version for $80. I have the coral color and it's really pretty in person. Below are a few more of my favorite things!

New Obsession :: Free People's Desert Perfume Dress

 

I've made it a habit to browse Shopbop's newest arrivals almost daily and came across this dress by Free People this morning and thought I had to share it with all of you. Free People's Desert Perfume Dress is the perfect summer dress. Not only do I love wearing white in the summer but I'm obsessed with the cutout detail in the back. The clusters of metallic sequins give the dress a more nighttime look but I wouldn't be opposed to wearing this during the day. Already added my size to my shopping cart!

We are right in the middle of summer and sales are starting to pop up everywhere. J.Crew is having a great one right now- an extra 40-50% sale items with code HOTOUT. I just added this in the coral color and love these in neon flamingo-perfect beach pants! I could definitely use another pair of these. This coverup has been a staple this summer for the both of us and we think both colors are amazing. And for the little ladies in your life- how cute is this? Love the tassel detail! The dress version is soo cute, too. Could they make this in adult size?
