Memorial Day Weekend is here (almost)! And to be honest, it feels no different than any other weekend. Slowly stores and restaurants are opening up here in CT but we will still be hanging home. I ventured out for the first time yesterday to a local nursery to look at some flowers and to be honest, it felt extremely eery. I stayed outside the entire time and everyone had on masks and gloves- hard to adjust to this new normal.

McGEE & CO:: Such great online shop for design inspo. 20% off with code TISTHESEASUN. I have had this lamp in my cart for so long and I would love it for our home office. The coloring looks off in the picture but I spoke with customer service and the lamp is the lighter color shown- so cool. I also love this console that its pictured with. They have a beautiful selection of artwork, too. We have this print in our foyer. Love these little bell cups to fill up a bowl on a console table, coffee table or shelf. Such a beautiful coffee table book!

POTTERY BARN:: Buy more, save more event up to 25% off. This beautiful block printed table cloth and napkins just got delivered and they are perfect for someone like me who loves neutrals. I love this dining set that is seriously marked down for a limited time. PB also has a great selection of planters. I ended up going with RH estate zinc planters and right now they look like large black boxes but I plan on planting boxwoods with some pretty trailing flowers/vines. Over time the planters change color and will be a really pretty, washed light grey. This blog post that I found from 2014 gave me some much needed inspo! If I didn't go with the RH ones, I probably would have done some sort of grouping of different planters. My mom has a bunch these fluted ones scattered around her terrace and they are beautiful and come in a bunch of different sizes. She also has these long ones and they look so pretty with white cascading flowers. I'm going to buy one for our outdoor dining table.
