Lately

CARDIGAN:: Line & Dot (60% off) // TEE:: Reformation // JEANS:: Old J Brand // SHOES:: Schutz // NECKLACE:: Sophie Monet

Hello, hello. I don't know about you but I feel like I've hit a wall this week. I'm feeling absolutely exhausted today and could probably crawl into bed and sleep until tomorrow. One can dream, right?

We celebrated Lila's 5th birthday this week and I was worried she would feel a little sad that we couldn't celebrate with family and friends but she was as happy as could be and told me she had the best birthday ever. I shouldn't have been surprised because that is exactly the type of girl Lila is. Always happy and positive. We joke that she lives in her own world of unicorns and rainbows but really, she is my constant reminder to always see the good.

HOUSEKEEPING:: Although we've been home, we've been as busy as ever. My vacuum has also been as busy as ever and now sounds like a lawn mower. We need a new one asap- any recs? They are so pricey and I don't want to make a mistake. Would love to hear if you have one you love.

WATCHING:: We just watched Unorthodox on Netflix and we were totally captivated by Esty's story. It's about a young married woman who flees her Hasidic community in Brooklyn- give it a watch. I also started watching Four Weddings and a Funeral on Hulu- it's my guilty pleasure while I fold laundry. It's an easy, feel good show that makes you forget about everything going on right now. Anything you've watched recently that you loved?

SHOPPING:: There are a few good sales going on right now. Shopbop just marked down tons of items. Included in the sale: my cardigan that is now 60% off. It's really soft and comfortable and the perfect piece to throw on over tee. I love the simplicity of Sophie Monet jewelry and her petal earrings (pictured above) are on major sale for $24. Anthropologie is also having a sale. 50% off select dresses, skirts, and accessories.

CREATING:: I'm over crafting, over cleaning, over it. I need something easy that my kids can do on their own. My friends over at Sohalia have coloring pages you can easily print out for kids (and adults, too!).
