Happy Friday Thursday! I actually tried to get this post up on Monday and it just did not happen. Tomorrow I have to go back to the city to see my doctor. My incision from my section just hasn't healed like it should have and I unfortunately have to get one part of it restitched (😫). So this will be my Friday post!
Dressing after you've had a baby is always tricky. Lila asked if I had another baby in my tummy the other day and I had to explain that it takes some time for a mom's tummy to go away after she has a baby. I've been living in longer cut and loose fitting sweaters (which seem to be hard to find these days..) My favorite Vince sweater from last year is on major sale right now and it's one of the most comfortable sweaters I own. Saks Off 5th and Neiman Marcus Last Call are my favorite sites to shop Vince sweaters on sale. I wore this one all last winter and it is also on major sale with an extra $100 off with code TAKE100! I also love this Vince blouse that's on sale- perfect length and cut for dressing post baby.
Also because of my incision, I haven't been able to wear jeans. I've thrown them on for a few blog pictures (unzipped!). As a result, I've been living in leggings and sweatpants which is hard for someone who enjoys getting dressed and putting on real clothes every now and then. I decided to order these leggings (had them in black but they are M.I.A) and they are soooo comfortable and make me feel a little more put together/dressed. I ordered one size up and they are the perfect legging for post baby. Order your regular size if you haven't just had a baby!
