My sister-in-law gave these earrings to me for my birthday this year and while I absolutely love the colors and design, I love the message behind them even more. These earrings are by GAIA for Women and each piece is handcrafted by refugee women who have been resettled in Dallas, TX. The goal of Gaia for Women is to empower refugee women through employment, encouragement, and to remain dedicated to their longterm success living here in United States. Each GAIA piece is handmade using vintage, sustainable, and artisan-made materials and comes with a card with the signature of the woman who crafted that piece. From jewelry to tops and even baby accessories, every hand made piece is beautifully designed. "Style with Purpose" is always something I can get behind.
