Happy Monday everyone! This weekend kind of flew by and I'm a little bummed about it. I'm still not feeling great and cannot seem to kick this cold. For any of you out there suffering (especially those pregnant who can't take any meds) and want some tips, here are a few I got from followers on Instagram.

• Neti Pot (I've been using this multiple times a day since Friday)
• Chamomile Inhalations- put 3-4 chamomile tea bags in a large bowl and pour boiling water over them. Let it steep for a few minutes and then put a towel over your head and the bowl and breathe in for 5-10 minutes. 
• Eucalyptus oil bath
• Steam showers
• Vicks vapor rub
• Hot water with lemon
• Sudafed- check with your doctor first. Haven't tried it yet. I try not to take much medicine when I'm pregnant. 

As annoying as this cold is I keep reminding myself it will eventually go away and I'm just trying to suck it up and go with it. The one really frustrating part is I haven't been able to sleep for almost a week now. Fingers crossed it goes away soon!

I'm also a huge Lizzie Fortunato fan, especially when it comes to her earrings. These are perfect for summer and I just recently paired them with an all white look for my sister's baby shower. These give off a similar vibe but for a fraction of the price. 

When I'm not wearing statement earrings, you will always find me layering some of my necklaces. I've had my favorite Zodiac one by Asha for years now and have added some additional charms to it. I love this charm and this one would look so pretty with it.
