We are going crazy over the velvet trend this season - seeing it in all forms of fashions and accessories and now shoes. I scooped up the velvet Steve Madden Razzi mules and since then I am a huge fan of the fabric. When I used to think of velvet my mind immediately thought of crushed velvet in some horrible color but it's made a huge comeback and trust us it's not crushed!
Designers are quickly turning out shoes, bags and clothing in rich hues of velvet, which we happen to think is absolutely perfect for all of your holiday and even non holiday looks!
I am not a huge fan of black booties, but I do believe they are a staple to have in your closet. Black booties come in handy during the Fall / Winter months to throw on with a skirt or dress with or without tights or a great pair of leather skinnies.
They are incredibly versatile and Joie came out with the perfect pair. The Hachiro Bootie comes in a few colors and not only in velvet but a studded suede!
