In My Closet: Bloomingdale's Friends & Family Event

It's officially that time of year again. The hustle and bustle of holiday shopping is already in full swing and we know it can be a very stressful time. Feeling stressed out during the holidays is the worst feeling ever and that's why we like to get our holiday shopping done early. Lucky for us, Bloomingdale's feels the same way and they are kind enough to host another Friends & Family event with 20% off almost everything in stores and online. We've broken down today's post into a few different sections to help you sort through your shopping!

Gifts for Her (and you, too!)

Meira T. Have you heard of her? I have been in love with Meira T's fine jewelry line for years now and I cannot believe Bloomingdale's is including her jewelry in the F&F event. Her stuff is beautiful and unlike anything I've seen before. If I could have it my way, this and this would be under my tree this year. (Someone please send this my husband's way!)

I think these necklaces by Dogeared make the perfect stocking stuffers. I especially love this one!

My mom still stuffs our stockings and every year my sisters and I can always count on finding a few of these in there.

I wouldn't mind cozying up in this number by Vince.

Gifts for the Home (aka home decor and some other fun stuff!)

My mom is a very good gift giver and loves adding personal touches to all of her gifts. Around Christmas time she always adds a little something extra to her packages by tying on a Christmas ornament that relates to whomever she is giving the gift to. For the Bulldog lover, the NYC resident, Baby's First Christmas!

I bought this last year for Hunter's first Christmas during this sale but never set it up! I think this year we will give it a go.

I'm not going to lie, I've had this candle burning since October and it's my all time favorite scent. I call it Christmas in a cup.

I've wanted these pillows for so long now but the price tag always scared me away. Now that they are 20% off, I just might take the plunge and go for them. I think they will add a little holiday sparkle to our couches.

Holiday Dresses (how many holiday parties do you have?)

I'm always in a panic come mid-December. I get all my Christmas shopping done but never have anything to wear to the many holiday parties and dinners I have. This year will most likely be even worse because I'm growing at a rapid pace and nothing seems to fit. I'm thinking about buying a few dresses in multiple sizes just to be on the safe side. Lucky for me, Bloomingdale's has a very flexible return policy!

Gifts for Him (can't forget the men in your life!)

These sweaters are a total steal. Not only are they on sale but with the 20% off you are looking at a price tag around $50. I also love this cashmere sweater. Also on sale!

These might not make the most exciting gift but will definitely be a neccesity with all the snow we are supposed to get this winter.

Every man needs a good weekend bag. We love this one.
